How do I know if a part will fit my engine?

Each product listing includes compatible engine makes, models, and years. If you're unsure, email us at themarineexchange@gmail.com with your engine make, model, and year and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.

Do you sell used parts?

No. The Marine Exchange sells new parts only. We believe in giving your engine the best possible components, and that means new — every time.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us immediately at themarineexchange@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — contact us to discuss your needs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if I received the wrong part?

If we made an error on your order, contact us immediately at themarineexchange@gmail.com. We will arrange for the correct part to be sent and cover all return shipping costs for our mistake.
