We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Marine Exchange. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Special order or custom items
- Electrical components that have been connected or powered
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at themarineexchange@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different part or size, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order. Contact us at themarineexchange@gmail.com and we will help facilitate this process as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at themarineexchange@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
