Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be noted on the website and applied automatically at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, The Marine Exchange ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. Please contact us at themarineexchange@gmail.com if you have special shipping needs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or through your order confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at themarineexchange@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please keep all original packaging materials when reporting damage, as the carrier may require an inspection.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at themarineexchange@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
